*Antarès leather :
Antarès halter is made in French full grain leather selected by Antares for its strength. Width and density of the hides are strictly controlled and the vegetable tanning process, based on chestnuts, is specially developed for bridlework to insure its longevity.
Skins are stretched while drying to avoid lengthening. Except from this operation, the leather grain is not altered during tanning process to guarantee its exclusive softness and resistance.

Information about shipping
Shipping
Antares ships worldwide. Shipping is distributed in three regions: France, Europe, and the rest of the world.
Shipping Costs
- For France, shipping costs is 10€ up to 150€ of purchase. For purchases over 150€, the shipping is free.
- For Europe, shipping costs is 20€ up to 350€ of purchase. For purchases over 350€, the shipping is free.
- For the rest of the world, shipping cost is dependent upon the delivery address and the amount of the order. The amount will be indicated before validating the order.
Transportation
Transportation varies depending on your location. For France and Europe, La Poste (Colissimo) or Geodis are available.
When using La Poste, if you are not available to receive the package, a notice of delivery will be placed in your mailbox. You will be able to pick up your package directly at La Poste using the notice of delivery. If you fail to pick up the package within the hold timeframe, it will be returned to Antares.
When using Geodis, you will be contacted by the driver by email or text message to confirm the delivery appointment.
For other countries, it is a case by case scenario.
Delivery time
Antares will process the order when it is confirmed and paid. Depending on product availability, the shipping will be processed within 2 to 3 days following the confirmation of order with payment.

Warranty and returns
1. Warranty
The legal guarantee of conformity is 2 years from receipt of the product. To benefit from the guarantee it is imperative to keep the invoice of the product.
The warranty applies to a product that shows a defect occurring during normal use. Our warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidental wear and tear or incorrect care of the product.
2. Returns
According to the Article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from the delivery date of your order to return any item does that does not suit you, in the state in which you received it, with all the elements delivered (accessories, packaging, instructions ...), specific to its marketing and ask the exchange or the refund and this without any expenses, with the exception of the return fees remaining the responsibility of the customer.
After this period, the right to claim will no longer be acquired.
Products have to be returned to ANTARES DISTRIBUTION – 50 rue du Chêne – 17100 LES GONDS – France, accompanied by the invoice and the downloadable return form HERE.
Please note that the return form is necessary for:
- The exchange of a product bought from our Shop.
- The return of a defective product
- The return of a product that needs a repair. You will receive a quote from our repair department and the repair will be conducted only upon approval from the client.
In the case of an exchange of size, color, or model due to a customer error, shipping costs will be charged up to 10 € for France, 20 € for Europe, and after quotation for other countries.
